Description

This requires Feature #3185 to be completed first.

Make a skeleton for the NPC model and rig it. Both sides of the body should be equal. This is also where IK solvers should be added to ease the upcoming animation process.

Modified version of Moonboy rig, and body parts to go with it. This should work perfectly with the model I just uploaded on #3185.
