Human AI combat doesn't look up or down when tracking combat targets
When a guard attacks a kagouti, they kill it just fine. Similarly, guards are REALLY good at killing the player; however, guards seemingly cannot kill rats, kwama foragers, slaughterfish, dreughs,and cliffracers. //-I might be missing some other common enemies they cannot hit-(mudcrabs?)

I don't quite understand what is happening here, but it seems NPCs don't know to look up|down when they attack flying|small enemies
