[AMD] Objects occasionally appear to be fully lit
This is a difficult bug to describe, and I'm unsure if it can be reproduced or whether it's specific to some problem in the video hardware configuration. It's very common on my system, happening in many locations with many different objects for no particular reason that I can identify. The best description of the effect that I can provide is that certain objects will appear to be fully lit, regardless of the surrounding light sources. The incorrect lighting comes and goes which I'll call "flicker".
Turning my field of view makes the objects flicker. Looking in the same places usually causes the same lighting, but is occasionally the lighting is dependent on the direction that the camera panned from. Pressing "R" often causes the objects to flicker. Moving causes the objects to flicker. Objects frequently flicker in groups, and all instances of model often flicker together. For example, a room might have all several crates which all flicker at the same time. The fully lit rendering appears to only occur in certain locations. In other words, a group of objects will flicker, but only while the player is in a certain section of hallway, further down the hallway, those same objects will not flicker.
Attached are screenshots showing a fully lit door frame, and then the normally lit door frame. Also, standing in the same place a fully lit rug, and the normally lit rug.
