OpenMW & OpenCS: setting "Flies" flag for ghosts has no effect
I didn't test it on other creatures but it's probable that "Flies" activated in the OpenMW-CS does not make a lot of creatures fly. I tried unsetting "Walks" so that only "Flies" is active - it still "walks".
start OpenMW-CS > new mod > look for "ancestor_ghost_greater" > "shift-double click" on the ghosts objectID in that row
in the edit view deactivate "Walks" and activate "Flies" > save
start OpenMW > load a game
in the console: PlaceAtPc "ancestor_ghost_greater" 1 1 1
cast the levitate spell and levitate towards the sky
