Restructure enabling/disabling of MW-references
MW has script instructions to temporarily enable/disable objects. OGRE provides a similar flag for hiding scene nodes, so it seemed obvious to use it. But most of the other subsystems don't provide this feature, which means enabling/disabling is handed inconsistently between mwrender and the other subsystems. We need to bring mwrender in line with the rest of OpenMW.
