Particles in world space
Particles should be in world space, this is important when having a moving particle system (eg effect attached to a character). But ghost fence particles currently don't look correct when using world space.

what needs to be done is make NifEmitter (used to be in the openengine ogre code) set the initial velocity using the base object as an offset and set the particle system to use world space I haven't looked into doing that, though. not sure how easy it would be to access the base node from the particle emitter
