AddItem should only spawn a message box when called from dialogue
For example, the reward for mephala's quest currently spawns two message boxes in openMW.
Possibly RemoveItem as well?

<KittyCat> the extra message boxes happen with the Herbalism for Purists mod. it scripts a MessageBox to say whether you got any ingredients, and you also get a message from AddItem
