Non-persistent actors that started the game as dead do not play death animations
In vanilla, NPCs defined with 0 health in the CS directly appear as corpses if they have "corpses persist" checked, but otherwise still play a death animation first.
This is more of a report for the sake of completion. I don't know of an actual mod it would negatively affect.
