ForceSneak behaviour is inconsistent if the target has AiWander package
If you use ForceSneak on a NPC, their arms are stuck straight down to their sides, which looks weird. This is with "ForceSneak", a script toggle rather than the animation functions (PlayGroup and LoopGroup) but #3895 may be related.

That's not correct. NPC just continues to play his idle animation because of higher priority.
Original game has the special case for wandering actors: they use the sneak stance only during movement.
When they stay at place, they do not use the sneak stance, so they can play their idle animations properly.
I see, so currently their upper body plays idle while the lower body plays sneak.
Sneak stance isn't only during movement: there is the idleSneak that NPCs use when standing still like in AiFollow, which is also used with an AiWander package if it's given (after ForceSneak) without chances for idle2-9.
