Description

If NPCs that are usually stationary enter combat (for example, a store owner in response to a crime) in the vanilla game they will return to their position when combat ends. In OpenMW they will not return to their usual place and remain wherever they were when combat ended.

Yes, it is an already known issue. I created a pull request to fix it.
