Description

OpenMW has a jump cooldown - a period of time after landing where you can not jump again - which is not present in Vanilla.

OpenMW 0.43.0 - d2b3f90 (current head as of now)

Huh. It's something introduced during 0.43.0 development, there's no such issue in 0.42.0.
It appears that the player can't jump again while landing animation is not finished.
Probably introduced in pull request 1529, but a bisect may be needed regardless.

Seems there's a few problems related to jumping at the moment. Just in case our future assignee feels like they're on a roll: #2256 #3137
