Particle effect in heart chamber doesn't properly clear

Description

If you complete the main quest and then re-enter the heart chamber, the "blight" effect that emanated from Akulakhan's forehead will momentarily reappear in empty air before fading again. This can be repeated indefinitely by exiting and re-entering the room. In vanilla Morrowind, the effect will not reappear.

Attached save file made with nightly build 4c27e2f2d9. Add-ons used are:
Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions
Illy's Solstheim Rumor fix
Dark Brotherhood Attacks
Morrowind Code Patch v1.6.6 beta

The save is in front of the door to the heart chamber. Simply enter the door and you should momentarily glimpse the effect before it fades.

Maybe it is related, but if you move Akulakhan in TES CS via rendering window, particles will remain on old place.

Akulakhan is a "in_akulakhan00" animated activator. EndGame script forces it play animation:

"in_akulakhan00"->PlayGroup, Death1

It seems OpenMW adds a particle effect first, but disables it due to animation state.
