Proper collision shapes for NPCs and creatures
Previously we have used capsule shapes for npcs and creatures. Every creature and npc had the same shape for collision, and for some reason would only work for activation.
The correct way of collision with npcs and creatures is to read in box coordinates from the appropriate nifs and make a box shape out of them.
