Make NPCs use opponent's weapon range to decide whether to dodge
In the original engine, NPCs will dodge left and right during combat depending on their opponent's weapon range.
This means that in ranged combat they will dodge if their opponent also has a ranged weapon, and in melee combat they will not dodge if they have a long weapon like a spear and are outside of their opponent's reach.
Currently,in OpenMW NPCs always dodge in melee combat, and only dodge in ranged combat when their opponent is fairly close.
