Spark showers at Sotha Sil do not appear until you look at the ceiling
This is not an issue in vanilla MW.
One fix would be to disable the freezeOnCull property of particle systems, however that used to be the case in the past and apparently caused performance issues in Vivec. Perhaps giving particle systems a chance to update at least once before being culled at the start of a scene would fix the problem?
Reproduction steps:
coc "Sotha Sil, Hall of Sallaemu"
Notice the lack of sparks that are supposed to be right in front of you.
Look at the ceiling and observe sparks appearing out of the blue.
