When two mods delete the same references, many references are not disabled by the engine.
This is a follow up to https://bugs.openmw.org/issues/3446
Since this fix went in, there is no more segfault when using Tomb of the Snow Prince and Anthology Tomb of the Snow Prince. However, now there are a lot of floater entities (some statics, and actor spawns, and even cell loading doors) that were meant to be removed. In Morrowind this happens. In OpenMW, they remain. Attached is a screenshot demonstrating the issue.
Steps to reproduce: In a copy of OpenMW past the point of commit f549b5fb on 2016-06-17 Load wl_SolstheimOverhaul_v1.esm Followed by Anthology Tomb of the Snow Prince.{esm|esp} (either or) Enter game, in console, coc "Raven Rock" walk straight west to the former site of Skaal Village. (About 3-4 cells west)
