OpenMW-CS: Cloning Cells don't create copies. Affect both exterior and interior ones.
1. Cloning an individual cell and recreating it in another exterior location don't create a duplicate.
2. Cloning an individual cell and recreating it like a new interior cell don't work, too.
So, no terrain, no assets, no npcs, no activators, no creatures. But the new cell will maintain the Region Name.

New Report: Did a new test with Siege at Firemoth. The results are:
1 - Converting an exterior cell (in this example -8,-11) to an interior results in an invalid cell after reloading the newly created omwaddon. (See attached pic)
2 - That invalid cell don’t innherit the Region Name, has no name and can’t be edited or deleted with the right mouse or ctrl+double click.
