Description

The leveling speed parameters (e.g. how much progress you get from making a potion, or hitting something with a sword) have generic names like "Use value 1." They should probably have names like "Potion Making," as they do in the original CS.

Just some notes: The game logic for use values is hard coded (grep for skillUsageSucceeded() and its 3rd parameter to see). Perhaps OpenCS should match the game logic (i.e. explain the action that leads to the skill gain and disable unused fields)
