No position autocorrection during teleportation
In Morrowind, when you set in the console a PositionCell command with the Z axis out of the game world, the player will appear inside the cell on the floor level.
With the same command, OpenMW will put the player outside the world. On a side note: the fall will not damage the player. He can just walk out, above the scenario.
player->PositionCell 12, 219, 13000, 0 “Vivec, High Fane”
Win 10, 64 bits.

Plus: In Morrowind the Z axis autocorrection only works if the player is put above the cell floor level. If you set the variable bellow the level the player will be there, out of the world. The same behavior for X and Y axis.
It will be fantastic if OpenMW could use the autocorrection position for all axis.

The issue is much wider - an original game corrects target position during any teleportation, including NPC fast-forwarding (but it does not work well sometimes).
OpenMW only has a workaround for z axis in exteriors for SetPos command, in other cases OpenMW behaves in the "you-get-what-you-ask-for" way.
We need to investigate how position correction works in Morrowind.
