Description

When you open or create a content file in OpenMW-CS, all you are greeted with... is a blank window.

We could make use of this space by showing a list of available subviews to open. Just like the menu bar at the top, except that you could get to an element with just one click instead of two.

History

  • Category set to Editor
  • Target version set to openmw-0.37

That should be an optional feature (some people prefer to start with a blank window).

We could make use of this space by showing a list of available subviews to open.

That would be at most all non-record subviews, because the number of record subviews is potentially infinite. Tables and region map subview maybe?

#2 Updated by Marc Zinnschlag about 2 years ago

  • Target version changed from openmw-0.37 to openmw-future

Moving to feature because this is an optional feature and we have enough for OpenMW-CS 1.0 on our plate. If someone wants to do it anyway, we can move the issue back to the current milestone.
