Description

Right now you either create a mod and define a name or you open a mod with the name it was created with.
There is no "save as" functionality in the editor. You can not save in revisions like my_mod_01, my_mod_20150617, my_mod_experimental - as well you can not change the file name from "name given by creator" to "name_given_by_creator" or "ngbc_edited".

  • Category set to Editor
  • Target version set to openmw-future

The whole issue of name changing is a bit more complex for OpenMW-CS than for an ordinary editors, because of things like project files. This may also interacts with some of the meta-data improvements planned for post 1.0 development. Therefore I am inclined to put the issue on hold until after the release of 1.0.
