Player gets stuck inside rocks, boulders, and trees

Some (but not all) rock formations seem to allow the player to approach too close, such that the player will get stuck inside. I've been able to reproduce the issue in the same spots every single time. A good place to test for this bug is at the base of the Seyda Neen silt strider.
Stand in the stream facing towards the silt strider's legs. If you run into the rocks on either the left or right side, you will become stuck inside them.
Additionally, I've found that the player can also get stuck inside a nearby tree on the right side. Walk around the rocks toward the right and circle around the tree. You will pass a bush and three luminus russulas. Continue on until you reach a fern and three violet coprinus mushrooms. Stand in the middle of the fern and mushrooms and walk towards the tree, and you will pass right through it until you reach the far side. You will then be stuck inside the tree.
I've also gotten stuck in a number of other rock formations, but I don't recall where they are.
For the time being, I've been using the "tcl" console command to noclip out of the obstructions.
