Outdoor NPCs can stray away and keep walking into a wall
I've observed Hul straying away from Balmora and trying to walk up a cliff in Odai river in vain. I've watched her do it for a couple of minutes and she still thinks it's a good idea. A save game next to the poor mad saxhleel is attached. She doesn't seem to be walking into the cliff wall after loading the save, though.
I'm using v0.33 on Linux.
