NPC Teleport End Location
When the player or a NPC is teleported to specific coordinates (either via a coc/coe or a PositionCell instruction), the NPC does not necessarily end up in this location. MW checks at least partially, that the NPC is not ending up inside of something, and it also makes sure that the NPC is not under water. We should probably make sure, that he isn't ending up in mid air too. Not sure, if this feature applies to creatures too. Will need some research first. Or just screw it and implement it for creatures anyway.
