Saved window positions are not rescaled appropriately on resolution change
First off... Sorry for posting so many bug reports! OpenMW is awesome so I want to do what I can.
I set up some custom window sizes in the inventory screen while playing in 1920x1080. Then I switched to the 1280x720 resolution (to make screenshots smaller for bug reports). The windows didn't scale or position the windows in any way, so they're difficult to access now. See screenshot.
This is especially a problem because you can position windows that are completely outside a lower resolution's rendering area. Thus, these windows are effectively "gone".
Original Morrowind solves this by resizing the GUI exactly relative to what you had (only in a lower or higher resolution).
